Delicious is truly an understatement when it comes to this restaurant. Their birria tacos are perfect for anyone who doesn't like spicy, burritos are huge and so good you just have to eat the entire thing, and their salsa is just to die for. Definitely recommend stopping by when you can! There is a drive through!
Came for pozole. Delicious and the meat (pork) is soooo tender, but it's a bit on the salty side
Taco Tuesday was a good time to try out a new place, so I came here for that. It is a stand-alone building in a mid-size commercial plaza, so parking was no problem. The establishment is small but sufficiently spacious, and there's a great fresh salsa bar cart in the middle. I tried the pastor, carnitas, and Pollo tacos. The tortillas are a thicker and more robust than you would normally find in most street taco places,, making it unnecessary to use two tortillas per taco, as practiced in a lot of taquerias. The pastor and pollo tacos were really good and flavorful. The carnitas were on the bland side, but that is where you get to appreciate the very fresh salsas in the salsa bar. The mangoneda was quite a striking mixture of sweet, tart, and spicy flavors - delicious but maybe a bit jolting to those not used to it. Service is fast and efficient if a bit impersonal, and prices are good.
